2. Description of Service
Market Lens provides AI-powered technical analysis of financial charts using machine learning models. The Service offers chart analysis using ICT (Inner Circle Trader), SMC (Smart Money Concepts), and Wyckoff trading methodologies. Our platform supports both free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access and usage credits.

IMPORTANT: Market Lens is an educational and analytical tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All AI-generated analyses are for educational and informational purposes only. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the content generated by our AI models. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past patterns in charts do not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments carries significant risk of loss.
4. AI Limitations & Accuracy
Our AI models analyze visual chart data and apply known trading methodologies. However, AI analysis is inherently imperfect and may contain errors, misidentifications, or outdated interpretations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis. Market Lens, its founders, employees, and AI models expressly disclaim any liability for losses arising from reliance on our analysis.
5. Accounts & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly or as agreed. Free tier accounts receive 5 analysis credits per day, resetting daily at midnight UTC. Pro subscriptions ($29/month) provide unlimited analyses. Enterprise subscriptions ($270/month) provide additional features including API access. Refunds are not provided for partial periods of service, except where required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Market Lens to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) distribute malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download platform content; (e) share account credentials with unauthorized parties; (f) use the API beyond your subscribed rate limits; or (g) misrepresent AI-generated analysis as certified financial advice.
7. KOL Marketplace
The KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Marketplace allows expert traders to create AI personas. KOL creators receive 70% of subscription revenue from their profiles, with 30% retained by Market Lens as a platform fee. KOL content and personas are subject to our review process. We reserve the right to remove KOL profiles that violate these terms or our community standards.
8. Intellectual Property
The Market Lens platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, and methodology implementations, is owned by Market Lens and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them for analysis purposes. We do not claim ownership of uploaded chart images.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any unused credits will be forfeited. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET LENS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action or litigation arising from these Terms.
